We looking for a PERMANENT and LONG TERM energetic employee to take responsibility of our our Maintenance and Work Order scheduling and coordinating for our Property Management Company. The candidate will spend lots of time on in and outbound phone support with our tenants, and will be responsible for scheduling and prioritizing our maintenance workers to those
Responsibilities will include:
1. Relay information to Maintenance workers and schedule work orders
2. Schedule Maintenance with tenants
3. Schedule Maintenance with some outside vendors
4. Create work orders for existing renters when needed
5. Update info on work orders status
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
Requirements:
High English Proficiency - Both written and spoken (this is a must)
Google Docs Experience
Problem Solver
Detail Oriented
Able to take very detailed notes
Proficient Computer Skills - Able to learn new software quickly
Self Starter
Computer Access with good home internet connection
Long Term Employment Potential
Bonus Skills:
Appfolio Software experience
Property Management experience
Rental experience
