JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a team of 2 representatives to work a seasonal job with the following requirements:

Hours of Operations: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST.

50% of calls are inbound. 50% of calls are outbound.

Must have excellent English communication skills. This is the biggest thing we are looking for. Our customer demographic is sometimes hard to understand and unfortunately, sometimes quick to judge people over the phone. Your English needs to be perfect in order for us to consider you. Please do not apply unless you are VERY confident in your English speaking skills.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Must have excellent computer ---------- ll Center software will be provided. (Five9)

You must have a computer, a headset and have great internet connection to handle all inbound calls.

This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals to earn a $5/hour (U.S.A dollars) with ability to grow with the organization.

The primary responsibility of this position is to answer incoming calls, screen the caller according to our parameters, enter customers information into our CRM, and transfer the call to our call center or set the appointment on the calendar we provide you. You will be paid a bonus $5 (U.S.A dollars) on top of your hourly wage for every one of your customers that buys our product.

This position is open for immediate hire. We need dependable employees who consistently work hard. The most important thing for us is that you are performing well by setting good appointments and providing a quality experience for our customers.
