JOB DESCRIPTION

You will help set up retail location and reselling of Mike Mann services. We are looking for a General Manager who is well experienced and reliable in handling a company, making business plans and strategies by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book www.MakeMillions.com, www.BestPracticesGuide.com and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes TechCenterServices.com LLC.



QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years management experience

Extensive experience in sales and internet marketing

Has a portfolio of successful sales

Experience in developing a commercial entity and vendor management.

Experience in identifying new vendor partnerships.

A business management or marketing degree is a plus

Must be located in the Philippines.

Must have superior PSDM (problem solving and decision making) skills and conflict management abilities.

Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and vernacular).

Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills.

Able to accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and merchandising

Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
