Job Description:

Teaching English for kids from 2-6yrs old; * Preparing classes well prior to teach;
Class management and students’ work assessment;
Providing assistance with academic director on curriculum system, teaching syllabus and teaching evaluation standard etc.;
Applying new ideas and approaches in subject teaching practice;
Using digital technologies effectively and appropriately to support the students’ learning and to experiment with new techniques and technologies;
Focusing on improving students’ critical, body movements and creative thinking ability;
Improving the quality of the students’ learning;
Reflecting on and help the kids to have a better foreign language thinking mindset;
Participating in student’s recruitment activities and business development activities;
Help the sale team to have the open classes for kids, parents or principals;
Qualification:

Native English speaker or perfect English speaker;English teacher ;
Teaching credentials: Teacher License or TEFL/TESOL certificate;
BA degree with 2 or more years teaching experience, Master or above;
Committed to teaching and international education;
Confident in teaching your subject and engaging each student in learning;Responsible for yourself, responsive to and respectful of others, reflective as a learner to develop your practice;
Innovative and equipped for new and future challenges;
Engaged intellectually, professionally and socially, ready to make a difference;
Salary and Training Opportunity:

Monthly salary: 20,000-30,000 pesos (still depends on the skillset)
