I give bonuses for great work (if the company makes money you should be rewarded for that)
My company is based in the UK, but we can service customers globally

Helping me with Service Delivery
Updating customer requests and projects
Checking on project progress
Research and planning
Flexibility to work in new areas and learn new skills
Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week to a flexible schedule

4 week probation period
Paid monthly
Bonuses for great work
13th Month Bonus
Each month you work, you earn a personal day which can be used for paid vacation / sick days (12 days per year)

Paid holidays for: New Years Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve
