I am looking for a SEMrush expert who I can turn to for two specific projects but would like to keep a relationship open for longer-term projects. Both projects are based on local SEO needs. The whole goal with these two clients is to get more leads and grow the local business.

I have a SEMrush account. I have a swim school client who we have designed and built a website for. The school is expanding and is currently in 3 cities and will soon be in 4 in the Greater Houston Texas area. I have a specific list of direct competitors. I am looking for an expert who can
1. guide me and tell me what keywords we should be using in our page content.
2. tell me what keywords we should be using for blog posts.
3. I am considering a full re-design and development of the site as the business grows into other markets. I am looking for a navigation and URL strategy. Specifically which keywords should be used in URL to outrank the competition.
4. PPC ad copy research that should be used in PPC.
5. Backlink analysis for local SEO. Who we should reach out to for local backlinks.
6. Evaluate our organic research and how we can improve it.
7. Tell me how I can improve our Organic Traffic.
8. Measure the results once I implement your consulting direction.
9. Continue to guide and provide feedback and constantly look for improvement. Clearly, communicate this research.
