Profesional Designer

Hello,
I'm a German start-up-entrepreneur and I'm searching for a professional designer.
Your job is to remodel the ideas I give to you, mix it with your flavour and make a nice looking graphic for T-shirts and other products.
We don´t like one on one copycats and the graphics should always be unique and with no copyright infringement in it. Every font should be free to use and the graphics as well.
We added some design examples in the attached file. Please have a look and let me know,
if this is possible for you to do.
You must understand some English in talking and writing.
At the beginning I want to get about 15 designs per month from you, starting with $1 per ---------- the future I'm planning to expand the business, resulting in more designs.
