Must haves:
1. Very Well spoken/fluent English
2. A computer with windows 7 or newer and good internet connection
3. A clear USB headset/microphone
4. No background or distractions while calling.
5. Willing to work during U.S. business hours.
6. Experience with cold-calling.

The starting goal is a minimum of 25 calls per hour, generating 1-2 highly qualified leads (per hour) - so 8-16 quality leads per day for few account Managers here
