Design for T-Shirts

I am looking for a good designer/artist who can help me to design artworks to print on T-Shirts. I need artworks with special themes:

- Autumn
- Christmas
- German Beer Festival
- Funny Cats/Unicorns/etc

I will pay per design in Euro. The salary will depend on the quality of the ---------- the best case you already can show me some samples, of course i will pay them too.
