Growing US based creative writing agency seeks full-time bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written English.
Impeccable attention to detail and sound quantitative skills.
Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with no supervision
Responsibilities:
Processing accounts receivables and payables
Generating sales / expense reports
Generating invoices
Processing time billing / project billing
Performing reconciliations of bank and credit card statements
Reconcile advertising expenses
Preparing payroll
Generate sales forecasting
Segment profit centers based on advertising channels
