Concept Marketing is looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist Marketing Executives with Administrative and Marketing tasks.
Position objectives
• Administrative Duties
• Meeting Coordination
• Campaign Management- manage the marketing campaign process coordinated through Marketing Executives
• Provide marketing assistance to Marketing Executives.
• Reporting for client campaigns and marketing activity back to the clients.
• Client knowledge and assistance in the marketing process for clients.
• Marketing process coordination
Administrative Duties
- Provide general administration support to the Concept Marketing team
- Type and send correspondence as required
- You will be responsible to abide by all company policies outlined in your Induction Manual
- Send Daily Open of Business and Close of Business emails to your Marketing Executive detailing what you are going to do and what you have done / how long it has taken you / how you have helped the client by doing this
- Coordinate SEO reports to clients monthly
Campaign Management
- Campaign coordination from set up, to proofing, delivery and reporting.
- Reporting of the campaign statistics back to the client
- Arrange the sending of all email campaigns
- All campaign time frames are delivered
- Collate feedback on events, campaigns within 24 hours
- Campaign reports to be delivered within 24 hours
- Dashboard reports for marketing activity and campaigns to be delivered last week of each month for presentation to the client.
Client Liaison & Meetings
- Discussion with clients
- Artwork and campaign explanation of results to clients
- Agenda creation prior to meeting – 3 days prior
- Meeting notes written up and delivered to Marketing Exec post meeting within 24 hours
- Campaign reports and result reports delivered within 48 hours of campaign concluding.
Competitor Analysis and Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research for current clients
- Competitor Analysis and material obtained for new clients prior to first marketing meeting and delivered in a way that is suitable for presentation to the client
Marketing Process Coordination
- Prepare telemarketing and PLS sheets as required
- Logistics coordination for events, launches etc
- Client details to be inserted into CRM system ongoing
- Telemarketing reporting and coordination managed on a fortnightly basis.
- Event coordination assistance as required
Website Management
- Update of clients websites as required
- Inclusion of campaign themes/specials as required
- Client websites to be updated with information about events, news or other required changes.
Skills / Competencies
• Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task
• Understanding of the marketing industry
• Good work ethic and able to handle responsibilities and hold yourself accountable
• Good management and knowledge of implementation of marketing campaigns
• Ability to hold discussions and communicate with clients in clear English speaking and English writing
• Competitor Analysis and market research knowledge
