Front-end developer HTML/CSS/Javascript/NOSQL

Hi, Looking for a front-end developer who can achieve the following Requirements:

1. fix login/register page (simple bug, ~30 mins max)
2. ability for owner to add/modify/delete dishes to his restaurant. 
3. Integrate google maps to show where their restaurant is located
4. ability for an owner to add a coupon to his store.
5. ability to target users nearby with the coupon (i'll provide you an API for this) you will be using Square API to authenticate the payments.
6. Ability to add promotions, not just coupons, like happy hour between 3-5PM.
7. Authentication of the restaurant. For example, if they add a new restaurant, you will require them to add a phone number. You will then need to authenticate that phone number with the one on google/foursquare. We have APIs to get the restaurant data from google.
8. Ability to see reviews of dishes that users on the app are adding

Technology: HTML/CSS/Javascript/Firebase

Please let me know if you have worked with these technologies before. You must have knowledge of NOSQL and how it works.
