Meal planning & grocery delivery

I need someone who can find InstantPot recipes that meet our specifications, make a monthly meal plan for those recipes, and then add the ingredients needed each week to our InstaCart and send the order in to have our groceries delivered. I will provide very specific details for the types of foods to include in the meal plan, and when to have groceries scheduled for delivery once the right candidate is selected. This job should take 2-3 hours/week at a maximum.
