Seeking Experienced Social Media Marketer/Ads Manager

We are a Shopify store that ships jewelry all over the world from Los Angeles. Please read full post and reply to the questions at the bottom. Here is what we are looking for:

Ads Manager
- Experience creating, running, tracking, optimizing, and retargeting ads

Social Media Manager/Marketer
- I would like for my business to have a presence on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, etc, but I don't really have a strategy/plan for this. I am open to letting you be creative to grow the business presence in these spaces.

Creative Copywriting
- Would be great if candidate can help with creative copy writing about the jewelry (1-3 sentences each). I would like for the candidate to have a very high level of English with excellent grammar.

These are the areas of the business that I need help with to start. As the business grows and there are more customers, there will likely be other related VA type work. If the business is growing and performing well, I will also pay extra bonuses to say "Thank you" for your hard work!
