I need a graphic designer

I need someone to lay out a marketing brochure.

Please do NOT apply If you are a graphic “artist” ... or....have your own “style” of what looks good,

I am only looking to work with someone who knows how to follow instructions, and perform the task EXACTLY the way I instruct them.

Also, the individual needs to be self motivated and deliver the finished project on a timely basis.

I am looking for someone who to work on a project to project basis. But if we work well together... this can lead to a permanent job.
