JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring for a social media manager to manage and grow our content websites social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

You will be responsible for creating and managing a portfolio of social media accounts related to a variety of different niches including health and fitness, gardening and others.

Given the duties and responsibilities affiliated with this position, it is expected that to excel in this role you will work part time with room to move to full time hours each week into the future.

MUST HAVE APPLICANT QUALITIES:
- Facebook and Instagram account management experience
- You have successfully grown other businesses Facebook and/or Instagram accounts.
- Twitter management experience
- Excellent written English skills, especially related to writing in a conversational manner.
- Self starter

JOB DUTIES:
- Optimizing social media channels
- Create a weekly content calendar (posts)
- Engage with fans (by liking, retweeting and commenting on their tweets)
- Monitor and respond to any customer inquiries or complaints on our social media platforms.
- Target and follow a specific group of people (our target audience)
- Research relevant memes, quotes, find and research news and events and other relatable and trending material to keep our audiences engaged.
- Design images and graphics editing, and writing own snippets in perfect grammar.
- Analyse customer data on the various platforms and run monthly reports.
- Grow the fan base of the social media accounts, driving real traffic and followers.

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid biweekly (you must submit invoice based on Time Doctor Hours)
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus based on performance
