ProWebVideo.com LLC will focus on creating web videos using the best technologies and other best practices across platforms, devices and browsers. Services provided will be utilized by medium-sized business to global corporations in simplifying their product offerings. We will also be creating videos and game animations that include website conversion tours.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a General Manager based in the Philippines who will help build the company from the ground up by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book www.MakeMillions.com, www.BestPracticesGuide.com and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes ProWebVideo.com LLC.

You will be working with highly technical teams and these teams will look to you for guidance. With this, you need to keep yourself updated with the developments in internet and telephone technologies.

Also, you will lead, assign, supervise and control software design and development activities. Your project management skills will be very useful in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive experience in technical web development, animation, website conversion tours and animated video creation.
Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and business development;
Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills;
Ability to work effectively within a group with the spirit of teamwork as well as independently motivated and team members with minimal or no supervision;
Detail oriented and organized with exceptional prioritization skills;
Must have superior PSDM (problem solving and decision making) skills and conflict management abilities;
Knows how to handle working in a high-pressure environment;
Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive, keen on details and the commitment to productivity and quality of work;
Minimum of 3 years management experience;
A business management or computer science is a plus;
Must be located in the Philippines and can work from home;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and vernacular);
