JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Philippine-based General Manager who can assist with ongoing and various projects of the company by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book www.MakeMillions.com, www.BestPracticesGuide.com and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann which includes DomainMarket.com LLC.

This person should be able to convey what DomainMarket.com LLC delivers:

Strategic keyword domains that delivers high returns
A simple platform for the client’s online success
Industries best available premium domain names
You, as the General Manager, will assign, supervise and control software design and development activities. Your project management skills will be very useful in this role. You will have a team (based in the Philippines) to build, mentor, and manage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and business development;
Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills;
Ability to work effectively within a group with the spirit of teamwork as well as independently motivated and team members with minimal or no supervision;
Detail oriented and organized with exceptional prioritization skills;
Must have superior PSDM (problem solving and decision making) skills and conflict management abilities;
Experience in internet marketing, social media marketing, and SEO Optimization;
Proficiency in all MS Office applications is highly desired.
Comprehensive, keen on details and the commitment to productivity and quality of work;
Minimum of 3 years management experience;
A business management or computer science degree is a plus;
Must be located in Dumaguete City, Philippines (or is willing to relocate)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and vernacular);
Have read and understood the contents of www.MikeMann.com, www.MakeMillions.com, and www.BestPracticesGuide.com
