Part-TIme VA Who Can Do Billing & Other Tasks

I am an American that is looking for someone who can do billing for me as well as others tasks. It would be a real plus if you know how to work with Wordpress & social media, but most of all you need the ability to learn new things. If it works out, it could turn into full-time work with a higher salary. Requires daily email reports except weekends. I need someone who is better at this sort of thing than I am. Thanks!
