Online research and virtual assistant

This job involves two parts, online research and being a virtual assistant.

I'm creating a new company, and there isn't enough work for 40 hours a week. I'm looking for about 20 hours a week.

The primary job is online research. Get a list of leads, and then go to various websites to research each lead. Create an excel spreadsheet of the results. (or Google docs, etc.) Some phone calls may occasionally need to be made, to get a new list of leads, etc.

The second part of the job is to work as a virtual assistant. This work is sporadic, whatever I need help with. Usually this will involve data entry and excel work, cut and paste, etc.. It will also include documenting business processes that are created.

Will train exactly how to do the online research and which websites to use.

I'm looking for someone who can follow instructions, and is thorough. Create a list of any problems they encounter, and ask for help or clarification. Then document what happened so there is a record of the new business process.
