UX Specialist

We are in need of someone who can produce detailed plans that provide the basis for user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for digital products. This person will be responsible for defining the customer experience across all customer-facing digital platforms and will provide positive user experience by determining information structure for Web sites and other Web and Mobile applications.

Job Responsibilities:
- Guide in the planning of new projects to ensure features will adequately meet the goals
- Responsible for driving insights to inform the development of new and existing products across all platforms
- Responsible for executing plans based on business needs and growth initiatives for both existing and new offerings
- Responsible for creating and delivering visually pleasing sitemaps, wireframes, and designs
- Apply, evangelize, and train others in best practices for user-centered design and user research
- Stay current with core web development technology trends, capabilities, and limitations

Job Requirement:
- 2+ years of industry experience, including experience working across multiple platforms
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent in accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Web standards, technologies, and terminology
- Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remotely
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have a fast internet connection
- Have a working laptop and smartphone that can handle the tasks given
