eCommerce Conversion Rate Optimizer - ConversionXL Certified Preferred

Hi CRO Guns,

We're looking for an expert Conversion Rate Optimization specialist to partner with us on CRO audits, strategy and ongoing contract work as we expand our service offering.

We are one of Australia's largest eCommerce growth agencies with a stable of around 250 clients across the US and Australia and expanding quickly - we are primarily a media buying agency but are now expanding our services to CRO to help us achieve better results for clients through ongoing website/funnel optimisation.

We are looking ideally for a ConversionXL Certified CRO Specialist who can partner with our team on contract basis and also help continue to build out our internal CRO processes as we are pretty strained on resources ---------- sentially the job is managing the full CRO project from end to end, with us account managing face to face with the client. You will be responsible for:

1) Setup & QA of all necessary tools
2) Initial CRO audit - site walkthrough, copywriting reviews, cross browser/device testing, heuristic/UX analysis, user testing, customer feedback etc etc
3) Creating Hypotheses and setting up AB/MVT tests
4) Landing page creation where needed


To land this gig and potentially a host of ongoing client contracts (minimum contract offerings to clients will be 3 months), you will need the following:

--> ConversionXL Certified
--> HIGHLY responsive
--> EXCELLENT English communication skills
--> EXTREMELY Data & Process Driven
--> UNDOUBTEDLY able to to set appropriate expectation and hit assigned deadlines.
--> A Grade Team player
--> Able to support additional ongoing client contracts

Please add 'CXL CERT' to the start of your cover letter if you are ConversionXL Certified & PLEASE also include your monthly retainer in $USD for ongoing FULL eCommerce CRO Programs - it has to financially work from both sides for this to we work, we understand. We need to be able to price accordingly but also at a price acceptable for our clients.
