Virtual Assistant

Good afternoon,

I work for PM Tutoring, a North American tutoring company and we are actively searching for a virtual assistant for the upcoming months. As a tutoring company, we naturally have to cope with cycling of staff. Thus, we are searching for someone to help manage the flow and structure of business. Some of these delegated responsibilities include:
? Overseeing cash flow of services
? Ensuring that customers receive invoices and are billed on time
? Reaching out to customers in regards to complaints or questions
? Walking customers through the onboarding process
? Actively participating on company social media and marketing initiatives

Ultimately, we are searching for a qualified employee that is willing to work 5-10/hrs per week. Assistant should expect to be in constant touch with employer when required.
