The incumbent is primarily responsible for screening and recruitment of workforce needs of the Company. The HR Staff for Recruitment is also tasked to facilitate documents and processes of external trainings of employees.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
• Advertises job vacancies online, newspapers and other related public circulations.
• Proposes and administers sourcing activities like job fairs, postings on websites, school and government agency tie-ins, etc.
• Administers and evaluates a battery of tests to candidates.
• Conducts initial interview to the applicants, through phone, video, or face-to-face.
• Arranges and facilitates schedule of interviews for requesting department heads.
• Endorses qualified candidates to the HRAM Manager for the final interview and/or job offer.
• Prepares and administers all documents to be filled by the successful candidate expressing employment with the Company (i.e., contracts, inclusion to payroll such as bank enrollment, etc.)
• Updates HRIS and other related database on newly hires.
Contract Management:
• Notifies Department Heads under Support and Marketing Group of their employees ending employment contract at least a month before their end-of-contract.
• Prepares and serves subsequent contracts to employees and serve these thirty (30) days prior to effective date.
Records/Reports Preparation and Management:
• Collates and analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine a progress of recruitment efforts (i.e., date requested vs. date of actual hiring, length of stay, etc.)
• Updates and maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel data such as vacancies, hires, transfers, and resignations.
• Weekly saving of shared folder in HRD hard drive.
Training & Development:
• Monitors and records training activities or program plans by filing registration forms, certificates, updating database or 201 file, and summarizing evaluations.
• Searches, sources out and suggests training programs available in the market to Department Heads to help employees improve job skills.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
• Process payment requests and other concerns in training/seminar registration.
• Serve, file and monitor Training Bond Agreement.
Employee Separation:
• Assists separated employees in routing their clearance; coordinates with resigned employees for their outstanding accountabilities.
• Monitors availability of final pay with Accounting and Finance Departments.
• Prepares and release Certificate of Employment (COE) and Quit Claim together with final pay’s check.
Office Supplies Monitoring:
• Coordinates with other HR staff for the needed office supplies.
• Requests and encodes office supplies in monitoring file.
Others:
• Helps in the upkeep of 201 file and the database
• Assists in the different functions and services of the Human Resources Department (HRD)
• Confers at all times with the HR-POD Manager or HR-AM Manager with matters relating to HRD functions and services
• Attends HRD staff meeting
• Accords employee requests such as Company ID, temporary ID, certification, etc.

Position Requirements:
• 4 year Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related field
• At least 1-year work experience
