DO YOU TRULY UNDERSTAND HOW TO GET BACKLINKS and OFF-PAGE SEO?

I need someone who really understands backlinking (at least as well as I do). The right person will already have a substantial database high powered backlinks to access, but will also know how to hunt down new ones, particularly ones that are topically relevant to home maintenance industries, and professional services (lawyers, banks, etc). This could grow into a full time gig as my company grows.

Other marketing chops highly desirable, such as a comprehensive understanding of Google Maps and GMB listings, as well as on-page SEO.

Please note, I am NOT looking for someone who can do 5000 low quality links - I can get that on Fiverr for $10. I need someone who really knows how to get good backlinks consistently and someone who will really help me improve the rankings of the many, many, sites that I create.
You would keep track of your time on toggl; we communicate with slack, and we use Trello to organize everything.

You need to work around Eastern Standard Time at least to SOME extent. Currently, I ask my people to be available from 9-11 most nights so that I can go over with you what was done that ---------- return, I also am available from 9-11 or 12 at night if you need me as you start your workday, so I am not asking you for anything that I am not willing to do myself. :)
