Virtual Assistant for Multi-Channel eCommerce Business

Multi-channel ecommerce company seeks a virtual assistant experienced in ChannelAdvisor, Amazon, eBay and Shopify, as well as web scraping for the purposes of obtaining product data. Job will require 15-20 hours per week.

Virtual assistant tasks will include:

· Web Scraping Product Data

Bulk collection of the following product data for a list of UPCs from external sources and then cleaning, organizing and uploading it to ChannelAdvisor:

- Product image(s)
- Optimized product titles
- Descriptions (HTML)
- Nutrition Facts or Ingredients (HTML)
- Directions
- Warnings
- Product categories
- Search Keywords
- Sizes, colors, features and other defining characteristics according to the type of product

The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in web scraping in order to expedite and automate the process of retrieving this product data.

· Bulk Translation of Product Titles and Descriptions

In addition, we are seeking a candidate familiar with automated solutions for bulk translation of the product data in order to be submitted to foreign language marketplaces. The ideal candidate would have experience and expertise and running large volumes of data through machine translation services such as the Google Cloud Translation API.

· Daily Data Entry

In addition to bulk product data retrieval, the position will require 1-2 hours a day of data entry, editing and/or cleansing. This will include tasks such as manually editing foreign customer delivery addresses ensure they conform with the text requirements of our order fulfillment software.
