Accounts Payable Specialist

Qualification:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accounting/ Banking or Equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Full time position(s) available.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Processing and ensuring that all bills are correctly entered in the system
* Make payment schedule weekly
* Aging of payables
* Check preparation and issuance
* AP Filing
* Preparation of AP Reports & Projections for Cash Management Purposes
* Preparation, filing & payment of WTX-E,WTX-C, VAT (includes alphalist
* Input VAT for VAT payment
* Ad-hoc task as assigned
