One-off WordPress / Website Builder

This is a one-off job, and not full time employment.It could lead to further website work also.

I am looking for someone to build a website for my property management business. This can built from scratch using HTML and CSS, or could be created in a Wordpress website builder.

I will help with the design and provide you with some examples of websites I have found to get an idea of what design I am looking for. And I will provide all content.

This site must be user friendly and easy for myself to operate. After the website is completed and live it will have to be edited and adjusted by myself. Also it must work on all devices including mobile phones.

The website must be of the highest quality.

- Must email examples of websites you have built (paste website address links in email). Any applications without examples will be ignored

- Must have Strong web design skills
- Must have experience with creating responsive designs
- Optimize a responsive site for maximum speed and scalability
- Must have knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Must have experience with WordPress page builders
- Must A fundamental understanding of UX/UI principles
- Must be have great communication skills
- Must be able to work and be available during New Zealand business hours
- There may be continued work if you also can do search engine optimization and other websites
