Wordpress & PHP Expert For Full Time Role - Cebu City

We are an Australian Digital Agency with an office based in Cebu.

We are looking for a High Skilled PHP & Wordpress DEVELOPER who has the ability to custom build complex plugins, API integrations and hopefully some infrastructure skills.

The ideal candidate must also be eager to join our Cebu-based team.

Responsibilities:
- Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way
- Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the core product software and databases
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Develop quality assurance and testing tools
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate good collaboration skills
- Promote usability best practices
- Demonstrate strong passion and commitment to work

Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years experience in back-end web development with a keen eye for detail
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery
- Strong foundation in PHP
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Strong understanding of the entire web development process, with an emphasis on back-end coding and Wordpress development
- Knowledge and experience working with version control such as Git or SVN
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Knowledgeable with Project Management Systems - JIRA

Nice To Haves:
- Experience in common third-party APIs and API integrations
