Outbound Phone Sales

This job entails calling US citizens who may be interested in buying real estate. We call them, have a chat on the phone with a script. After that we add that person to our follow up system to where we will send them potential deals that they can purchase from us. English must be perfect since you'll be interacting with US citizens and they will know if your English isn't good. Must be able to work 9-5 US Central Standard time. Must have zero accent and must have phone skills to accomplish our daily goals. You will be held to high standard to speak with new customers each hour, add those people to our list of contacts and also send them an email once we've made contact. This will likely be a 2-4 month job with a possibility or long term work. All scripts and techniques will be given. No formal real estate training needed.
