**Company Overview

SMBly.com is a brand new startup that is dedicated to providing extremely well designed, easy-to-use Wordpress templates. Our main customers will be freelance web designers and digital marketing agencies looking to use our templates for their small and medium business clients. (Restaurants, Lawyers, Real Estate Agents, Beauty Salons, etc.)

SMBly.com will basically be a version of Woothemes.com, Themeforest.net and Graphpaperpress.com except focused mainly on websites built for small and medium businesses.

**Position Brief

If you like creative freedom and creating GREAT looking sites, then this is the job for you.

You will be the creative mastermind behind all of the first website templates that we will sell. You will take some direction from the founder of SMBly.com on which elements and principles to include in each template design, but you will still have a lot of creative freedom. We want you to be PROUD of each and every single design you create.

This is a 3-Month Contract with the goal of becoming Full-Time based on performance.

**Salary

Compensation is based on your experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

**Essential Job Functions

• Create award-worthy website designs across various industries such as Health & Beauty, Sport, Plumbers, Creative Design, Restaurants, Lawyers, and others.
• Your first project? To create our first 7 Wordpress template designs.
• Assist in designing and assembling various promotional, social media, branding, and other marketing materials for SMBly.com.

**Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience with:
? Designing Wordpress websites (Responsive and Non-Responsive)
? Customizing Wordpress Themes
? Designing Logos, Banners, Social Media material
• References of previous clients & employers who loved working with you
• Available on a full-time basis, with no other job commitment
• Special consideration will be made for those who are skilled in:
? HTML Coding & Web Development
? Wordpress Theme Development (a HUGE plus)
? Customer Service
? Having a sense of humor :D
• Strong portfolio of various design projects (web, print, social media)
• Own a personal computer with a reliable high-speed connection
• You must LOVE designing websites
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Not necessary, but considered strong assets:
• Previous experience dealing with small-medium businesses
• Experience with Conversion Optimization
• SEO Experience
• Google Analytics Experience
• University or College graduate
