eBay amazon etsy and website for clothing expert needed

hello all

i need a hard working person to manage my online store at the following website E bay,amazon,etsy and off course my Owen website .
i need someone that have knowledge in Photoshop uploading pictures and knows how to describes an items in detail
someone who can upload fast and good all my inventory to my online stores
handling weekly email marketing of over 10000 customers
also need to be the one who answer massages from and to buyer
i would much prefer to have someone that did this job before
and his looking for a long term job
about my website i need her/him to know to promote it with Google and all of the other search engines
last but not lease is the marking blogging and all of the social media we have a Facebook and tweeter account that need to be handled and to find more ways to get my company out there
English written and speaking is a must
