JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a person with a well diverse skill set in WordPress and customer support who can help support our growing customer base. This job will mostly be geared around customer support and making sure our customer's needs are being met in a timely manner. Below are the skills we are looking for.

Strong WordPress knowledge -
Looking for someone who has a strong background in developing or working with WordPress. A major plus if you have Divi experience since most of our sites are created with Divi.

Customer Support -
Excellent communication via written English is a must, especially through email. You will need to ask great questions to make sure you have a full understanding of what the customer is asking for.

Task Manager -
Any task that needs to go to our Dev team will need to be tasked out and sent to them. You will be in charge of summing up the task and making sure it gets completed in a timely manner. You will own all task communication from start to completion and will communicate the progress to the customer.

CSS/HTML -
Knowledge in CSS/HTML is a plus. This helps when a small front-end task comes in so you can complete the task instead of sending it off.

Theme and plugin updates:
Will be in charge of updating themes and plugins for all customers.

DNS and email knowledge is a plus.
