Are you an Expert Logo Designer?

Summary:
Please reply with your portfolio, preferably a Behance portfolio. Please do not include your resume, it doesn't matter to me if you went to a fancy school or learned via YouTube, the only thing that matters for this position is:

1) How good is your work?
2) How easy are you to work with?
3) How fast can you complete projects?

Details:
I need to hire an expert graphic designer that has an extensive logo portfolio. What do I mean by expert? I mean that I can compare your portfolio with that of high level Behance logo designers. If you're a beginner or don't have a high quality portfolio please don't apply, I'll just ignore your application.

I need to start this as part time, but as I get more work I'd love to hire you full time.

Please respond with a link to your work, and some information about yourself, and answers to the following questions:

1) How quickly can you finish projects?
2) How quickly are you available to respond?
3) Given some basic direction, how comfortable are you coming up with concepts on your own?.

This is for a new agency I'm just starting, and I hope to begin a mutually beneficial long term relationship.
