Video Editor

I have pieces of video and an mp3 file that needs to be combined into ONE video. The end result is video at the beginning and end, but in the middle of the video, I want images and text overlayed on the screen while the mp3 plays. I will provide the images. The length of the completed video will be about 10 ---------- spirational intro and outro music as well. (Not sure if I need to provide this, or not)
