Job Description
• Process client transactions and requirements
• Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling FLI properties
• Foster professional networks
• Build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Head and support a team of Property Specialists
• Meet sales quota required within 6 months
Minimum Qualifications
• Must possess at least 72 units in college or a College/Bachelor's Degree
• With a solid experience (minimum of 3 years) as a sales manager in a real estate industry or top performer
• Excellent oral & written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capable in networking and maintaning good client relationship
• Can work in a team, has a high sense of responsibility, and a high degree of self motivation
• Enthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-oriented
• Real Estate Broker’s License is an advantage
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
