Product Development Head

This person will be in charge for the development of new designs and creations of lighting fixtures like table lamps, floor lamps, wall lamps and other kinds of lighting fixtures, furniture like sofas, dining tables, shelves, and other home items, from concept to prototype to mass production, will also make sure that their department meets the annual given quota for completed new items or released items. He or She will also be on the lookout for upcoming design trends and be able to understand current market trends.
