Business Process Analyst

Ezy VA is urgently seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst. This is a full-time position for an exciting client in the UK. We are accepting office based candidates for our Makati office. Tasks include:
* Analyze current business processes
* Improve processes & systems
* Workflow mapping
* Creating flowcharts, org charts
* Data analysis
* Train staff & stakeholders to improve standards
* Write procedures and manuals
* Must have an experienced in Advanced spreadsheets
* Must have an experienced in Google suite
* Must have prior experience in a similar position
* Must understand operational performance
