Web designer, US$280 - US$550/week

This is a request for the right web designer to come forward and build a career with us. We mostly use Wordpress. Some PHP, Bootstrap and Javascript...you'll grow and learn. We pay EACH WEEK.
Our last hire is making US$550 per WEEK.
Here is what he has written:--I found Calworth through Onlinejobs.ph and after answering their questions, I waited for about a week when they contacted me. I was asked more questions on how/when I can start since I was going to work in EST so I had to adjust my schedule, and I also got to ask them questions regarding the work that they do and things about the company. The weekend after, I started working with Calworth and it has been an absolute best decision of my life.
At first, I was hesitant, like among you who have been working online, but my fear was alleviated immediately on the week after, as Calworth paid me in full a week’s sum of work, and they have been paying me on the dot every Monday for almost 2 years now. This has been one of the main reasons I’ve been working for them for so long as they are honest and they will recognize you if you do great work. You can take time off if you want just as long as you inform them properly on dates prior, and this has occurred just recently as I had a vacation for a week. My superiors have also been very understanding and they listen to you if you give them suggestions, and they are always open to it.
Working with them is outstanding, the people there know what they do, and sometimes they give you the liberty of expressing your creativity if you absolutely know your craft. If you like challenges, like me, then don’t be afraid of going the extra mile because hard work in Calworth will surely 100% pay off.--His Tagalog is his third language but he wrote:

One question before we get started, "why are we paying so much?" the answer is we want a designer who insists on learning and being the best. You can be relatively inexperienced but you have to be a huge go-getter, and want to strive to learn EVERYTHING and be the VERY BEST.
We have six people in the Philippines and want one more designer, but we have people with us for many years, so it is difficult to get to work for us, but once you're in, it's a great experience.

You’re somebody who is a GREAT designer with experience who wants to grow and get REALLY good.
Our whole mission is to get people ENGAGING with us, clicking on our ads, opting in to our mailing lists and our “push” solicitations.
Our business relies upon prospective customers opting in and buying from us. Clicking on links, clicking on ads.
You’re already quite proficient as a designer and you know how to do not just responsive design, but mobile optimized design in Wordpress and PHP. You are FAST too...you get stuff done quickly.
You are really good with HTML, CSS, Javascript and want to get better at Javascript, Bootstrap, PHP...
You are also exceptionally good with easy-to-read pages, RESPONSIVE pages (everything is responsive) and also banners and banner ideas and colors.
HOPEFULLY...You’ve done direct marketing stuff before like sales letters, video sales letter pages, and pages for opt-in forms and elaborate news blogs and magazine WordPress designs.
That’s our environment.
And you will love to lay awake at night, thinking about a new opt in process improvement that could get a better opt-in percentage, or a new page design that could get much better results for people clicking on ads and clicking on house ads and responding and interacting and engaging.
You are the kind of person who just gets into something and attacks it and is 1000% into it for years at a time with an intensity that can frighten other people who are casual and don’t really care and don’t take things that seriously like you do.
Someone who loves to learn new design things and try them out....
You were the first to do responsive, the first to do mobile optimized, the first to learn something like Python or Ruby on Rails, but your first love is DESIGN and you’re FAST in html/PHP and also love ---------- short, you are GOOD and you love to get better and better.
You’re super ambitious when you’re looking for a small group of like-minded guys who are as ambitious as you are to work with and learn from and support.
We have mostly Wordpress, with some PHP pages. We have a great team including a programmer, an amazing system admin, great managers and now we need a great designer.
So listen to this: your stuff is going to be advertised and millions of people are going to see it interact with it.
Also, most importantly, we are helping the world in a big way because we offer products for men and health and eating that are exceptionally important we felt over 140,000 men improve the life and fix their sex life and be happier and healthier.

We’re still small but growing fast. Our team is about 20 people and we all work in the New York City time zone, but all over the world. We currently have a great developer in Philippines and a video editor there too.
And you will be part of this elevator to the top, near the beginning of the ascent.
And yet, we’ve been in business 20 years. Many of our team have been with us 10 years. So we are stable, growing fast, but growing smart and running smart.
For that reason, because we know how to run a business, we pay our bills immediately We pay once per week through Paypal. You MUST be able to accept Paypal. DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ---------- other payment method will be considered, sorry.
We like to start you out at $480 per week, full time... if you have the track record to make more, there’s nothing that I can’t entertain or won’t listen to or won’t consider. Just make the case.
And then we expect that you grow and get paid a lot more as we go along.
You need to be able to work New York City workday hours. We have people all over the world but we all work on Eastern time. That means 8 AM or 9 AM in the morning to 5 PM or 6 PM in the evening, New York time.
Sometimes we work 50 or 60 hours per week and you would be expected to be able to keep up.
We don’t usually work on weekends or holidays, but you’re welcome to if you want to and sometimes we MUST do so.
We run ads 24 by 7 so sometimes things need to be fixed or deployed at all hours.
Yes, sometimes things come up and we have projects that require really long hours and we all pitch in and do them. You’re always paid for with every work of course.
So now in addition...
Your English skills must be PERFECT.
You must be a FAST FAST worker and a FAST typist. You are always happy to hunker down and work. But you are also happy to participate in a small team meeting, and to explain what is going on in Twist (which is like Slack but better).
You must have references we can CHECK, legitimate companies we can speak to and check out.
We make a quick decision but it is always going to depend on checking you out.
You must be happy to be super organized. Document your code. Ask questions. Always communicating with the team.
You must be ANAL about checking what needs to be done so you can deliver what is expected and making sure that each iteration is better than the last.
You must have a FAST full time high bandwidth Internet connection that is reliable. So if that is you, please respond ACCORDING to the instructions. All other responses will be /dev/nulled.
