Facebook / Instagram Ads Specialist (Read Before Applying)

We have an Ecommerce Skin Care Products and need help setting up ads and funnels for each step.
Our focus is on Facebook and Instagram. We need all retargeting ad funnels created as well as Traffic driving ads to those retargeting ads.

Requirements:
-Proven track record and the ability to prove it
-Ability to learn and adapt
-Analytical thinker
-good with math
tasks:
-Setting up the ad copy for each product and figuring out the pain point and functionality to each product
-setting up the campaign-adset-ad structure
-split test creatives Videos , thumbnails , photos... etc
-optimizing the adsets daily
-evaluating the results daily and deciding either to kill or scale
-building custom audiences and make retargeting ads for each product launched


Further training and system will be in place
