Virtual Property Manager Assistant responsibilities:
- Be available via phone and
- Assist our Admin in whatever tasks or assignments are needed that day
- Handle calls when our Admin is unavailable
- Respond to tenant questions and complaints in a timely manner
- Execute leases with new and returning tenants to ensure all parties understand the terms and conditions of the contract
- Assist in Property Move-ins and Move-out operational processes
- Create, follow-up and verify maintenance requests
- Assist with rent collection, failure to pays and eviction processes
- Establish rapport with tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated
- Created and update rental listings. Add new Properties, Owners and Tenant Info into our system

Assistant Property Manager Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in residential leasing or property management
- Must be available via
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Well-developed customer service and sales skills
- Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills are a must
