Hiring Virtual Assistant for E-Commerce Business

Hi, i am the owner of a Singapore online e-commerce website, and i sell my products on various online platforms and marketplaces

I handle so many aspects of the business myself, that i am so tired and busy, therefore i need to hire a personal assistant, who can help me out with various taks, such as

- replying to customer enquiries, emails etc
- product listing (research info, copy descriptions and images)
- posting up ads / listings on various platforms
- other ad-hoc tasks
etc

i NEED someone who is always connected, and is able to respond and get things done FAST
i have hired some VAs previously, but they were too slow and un-committed, that i ended up finishing most of the tasks myself, before they could even get to it (defeats the whole purpose)

i also NEED someone who is absolutely FLUENT in english, and can write well
i also need to work with someone honest, whom i can trust, and rely on!

last but not least, someone who is familiar with e-commerce and female beauty products, would be an ideal candidate
- for example, platforms like Shopify, Carousell, Qoo10, Shopee, Amazon etc...

i do not have a huge budget, and i'm looking for someone who can get the job done at a reasonable rate. therefore, i will hire the most competent candidate who can offer the lowest rate. - in your application, pls state your expectations and rates.
