Dedicated graphic Designer For Apparel

Good morning,

Thank you for your interest in this job posting. I am looking to hire a dedicated graphic designer to join my team. I run [BUSINESS NAME] that is growing larger every day. As a result, we now receive a lot of customer emails. We need someone to manage this part of the business.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in Customer Service and will have knowledge of Gmail. You should be organized, reliable and good at communicating with others.

Your English skills must be perfect and you must know how to use Printful and Printifye and others.

The Job Role:
- Make Designs for Apparel, Mug, shoes, and pullover etc.
- Add those design to those T-shirt using print and other listed above
Sending me a daily Update of any issues you cannot solve yourself

As this is my first ever outsourced hire, please appreciate that there will likely be a few bumps and hiccups along the way. However, through working together and communicating with each other a lot for the first few weeks, we will be able to streamline the Customer Service process. If you have ideas that you feel would improve your workflow, you are welcome to tell me and I will do my best to implement.

I would love to make your role as quick and easy as possible for you. I will provide the winning candidate a PDF that lists our FAQs and the most common customer requests, as well as how to answer/handle each scenario.
