Website Administrator & Developer - EXPERT LEVEL

We are an IT company based in USA and are in need of a developer who is expert level with Wordpress, Joomla, HTML, PHP, MySQL, CPanel, etc... You would be working on brand new site creation from the ground up (must be creative and self managed) along with managing our clients current sites (updates, changes, etc..). We are looking for someone reliable, who works during Eastern time zone (7am-7pm).

Communication is via e-mail only and we pay end of each week using PayPal. Projects must be worked on quickly and completed Upgrade to see actual infoO work may also come up. This is not full time, you are only paid for time worked (you must turn in a time sheet with all notes showing hours worked). The better you do and more trusting the more work we will send. Looking to pay between $5-15$ USD an hour
