WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HOTSHOT VA!!!

We need an EBay Store Manager to oversee and help build our budding but fast growing Ebay Dropshipping Business. Are you energetic, positive and ambitious and competitive? Are you someone who would appreciate getting paid for your performance rather than for your time. If you are the person who seems to always do and give more than everyone else but compensated the same then this position is for you. We are looking for a partner not simply an employee. Get paid based on the value you bring not the state of the economy. Our success is your success! Your opportunity to make up to $1,000 monthly will be totally based on how fast you can excell through the two positions below to becoming the Director of Operations of our Business

First Position: Market Analyst (1-6 months)

As a Market Analyst you will be paid a base of $2.25 an hour plus performance bonuses. Promotions are made based on performance not time so you promote yourself once you efficiently manage the responsibilities below.

-You will be updating and maintaining a sellers list.
-You will be using software to find items that sell well on eBay using this sellers list.
-You will be finding the sources the sellers use to buy this item.
-You will be determining if the company can sell this item profitably.
-You will be using spreadsheets to record information about the work you’ve done, items you’ve found, and the sellers you’ve added to the sellers list.
-You will be using SEO techniques to optimise and list items.
-You will be managing customer service emails.

Second Position: Account Manager (1-6 months)

As an Account Manager you will be paid $3.00 an hour plus performance bonuses.
-With our guidance you will hire, teach, train, mentor and develop (2) assistants of your choosing to do everything you can do. We will be responsible for paying them but they will in essence be “your Market Analyst.”

-You will to balance and maintain your previous work performance and manage your new team of assistants.
-You will manage order processing
-You will manage bookkeeping
-You will help your Market Analysts get promoted to Account Managers.
-Lead the accomplishment of a specific set of performance goals.

Director of Operations (Ongoing)

As Director of Operations you will be paid a guaranteed base salary of $640/month plus performance bonuses of up to $350 monthly. Our success is your success! If you'll commit to the success of our business we'll commit to your success. As Director of Operations you will oversee all aspects of the business.
