JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a programmer to develop software for eBay dropshippers. There are a few different softwares that I am looking to have developed; I will post them all here and you will tell me which one(s) you would like to Upgrade to see actual infoto-Ordering software:
Order items from Walmart, Sears, and Home Depot using the eBay buyer’s info. Orders should be placed from source as soon after eBay buyer makes the order as possible. I may use other sources in the future, but for now just these 3
Features:
-Software should allow me to upload gift cards and use those for the orders, and once we run out then it should use a credit Upgrade to see actual info should have a way to see credit card balances so that it doesn’t spend over the limit.
-It should also be able to choose the correct coupon codes to use (specifically at Sears), and should be able to use normal coupon codes as well as the clipped coupon codes that Sears offers.
-Orders should be made through a cashback site. I have 3 different sites I use (ebates, topcashback and befrugal. MAYBE a 4th, giving assistant), software should choose the one that offers the most cashback for this order.
-information from the sale, such as eBay price, Item name, amount paid, cashback %, etc. Should be automatically entered into a spreadsheet
-The software should have some way of dealing with a situation where the item is out of stock on the supplier’s website, possibly involving sending messages to the customers (not sure exactly how I would want this to work, also if the next software works perfectly it shouldn’t be an issue)
-Optional features:
-a message would automatically be sent to the eBay buyer saying that his item was shipped out
-the source sites would be monitored for tracking information, and once tracking is uploaded from Sears, Walmart or Home Depot it would be automatically uploaded to eBay
- the software would check if this sale was made through a sponsored ad, and if so make a note of that in the spreadsheet
-the software would check cashback sites to confirm that the cashback has been received, and once it has it would be added to the spreadsheet. If the cashback doesn’t go through for a certain order a case would be automatically started for the missing cashback.

Repricer/stock monitor:
Software should monitor the prices at the source websites, and if the price changes the price of the item on eBay should be adjusted Upgrade to see actual info should also check if the item is out of stock or unavailable for shipping on the source website, and if so the quantity should be changed to 0 on eBay

Features:
-there should be support for customizable formulas for each item on eBay. I should be able to choose between marking the item up by a certain %, or by a fixed amount.
-I should be allowed to choose to price my item below the price of the source. Example: if the Walmart price is $100, I should have the option to price it at $95 if I choose to.
-My item quantity on eBay should always stay at a certain number if the item is in stock (ex: 3). If I make a sale, the item quantity would be set back to the original item quantity.
-The source websites should be checked as often as possible so that the price/stock on eBay is changed very quickly once a change is made on the source website
-There should be a section for each item that shows all my competitors for that Upgrade to see actual infopetitors should be found automatically, either by finding sellers with the same UPC, title, pictures, description, or a combination of these factors. I should also be able to manually add/delete listings to the competitors list for each item. I should be able to adjust my price automatically in order to undercut my competition.
