I am looking for a switched on, reliable and enthusiastic person to work alongside me to build my business which you can view at www.michelle-holmes.com.

I work with passionate 'difference makers' like speakers, authors, coaches, consultants, artists and creatives to help them use online video to attract the attention of their ideal clients and joint venture partners.

I specialise in helping people to find their unique 'voice' online, to amplify it with online video and to attract and set up lucrative joint ventures.

Although you don't need to have experience in all the things I mention below you will need good spoken and written English, a big smile, to be very enthusiastic, hardworking and be willing to learn new things. If you can do that for me, we'll have a great long term working relationship!

I would like help with content creation in the following ways.

Weekly Check of the most popular forums and relevant blogs where my target audience are hanging out online

ONE weekly email to me with the links to relevant questions that have been posted in each of those forums and blogs, numbering them 1 - 10.

I will then record an audio file answering each of those questions and send them back to you.

I would like you to take the audio and transcribe and edit it so that there are no mistakes.

Then I would like you to login to each of the forums / sites as me (so my Gravatar appears as the person commenting) and paste my responses.

Then I would like you to do some keyword research and use your findings to flesh out each of my 10 responses to create 10 articles.

Then I would like you to send me your articles so I can amend them.

I will then use these as scripts for my videos, film them and edit them.

I would then like you to upload to Youtube and optimise them for the search engines.

I will then embed the video on my website and distribute the link via Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+

Next I would like you to create attractive powerpoint slides picking up on each of the main points I mention in my audio responses and overlay the audio to create presentations that you can also upload to Youtube, Vimeo and Viddler and optimise.

Then I'd like you to put my slides on Slideshare.

I would like you to strip the audio from my main videos and top and tail them with a podcast intro and outro and upload to Itunes.

I would like you to collate my video scripts so that we can create ebooks and upload to Kindle regularly too.
