Growing company is in need of an operations manager to handle all operations of a Amazon/Shopify store including:

( Most of the Training Will be Provided):

Managing Product Listing and Promotion through Amazon System
Listing Management and Monitoring.
Creating and managing all Amazon FBA Shipping ---------- munication with Suppliers to place product orders. Over phone & email for USA supplier & using Skype, WhatsApp for asian supplier
Managing Shipping of products to Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
Creating documented Business Systems and Processes
Quality Management & Inspection for continual improvement of organization.
Reducing waste of time, effort, resources and money.
Help facilitate effective communications between different departments of the organization.
Overseeing, finding and training customer service team
All daily administrative tasks needed.

We are looking for someone that can help the organization be an efficient, effectively improving business that can acquire substantial market share in our industry.

We will be adding an additional products within the next two years so the person will need to help not only help the organization get to this magnitude, but be able to handle the operations at this magnitude.
