Will pay you to write proposals

Hello,

I'm looking for Web developers to write proposals for possible projects. I'm willing to pay $3 dollars for every proposal written. Also if the client likes the proposal and wants to get the project done i will assign the project to you. I'm looking for people who are professional, are easy to work with, and are dependable. I have worked with a few individuals but they are not dependable. I need someone who wants to work and make money and have no problem working when there is work to be done. If this sound like you please send me an e-mail explaining why and what makes you more dependable than your other counterparts.
