Clara Labs is the technology startup behind Clara, a service that helps customers schedule meetings, saving them hours of work every week. How you partner with Clara

Clara Remote Assistants (CRAs) are independent contractors who partner with Clara. As a CRA, you will work with our custom built software that makes it easy to label data, curate tasks, and wow customers. CRAs handle two different types of tasks, working from Clara Labs’ software:

Task type 1: Working through a series of steps to generate an email
Task type 2: Highlighting and labeling text to populate correct information

Things move fast, and our protocol and tools evolve as the company grows and finds better ways to serve customers. To support your journey in partnering with Clara, we have a team of people available to answer questions, listen to your feedback, and share new opportunities.

You’ll be set up to succeed if you:

Have excellent English grammar and spelling
Make solid judgment calls based on English reading comprehension and American business etiquette
Are skilled with software and computers
Follow directions
Stay updated on announcements and new instructions
Adapt quickly to change
Have access to a computer with a keyboard and Chrome browser (no tablets, smartphones, or browsers other than Chrome)
Are excited to partner with a company set out to help people save time

Compensation

Pay is per task, paid every week
We offer incentives, which increase earning potential
Most CRAs earn $4/hour, and the top 25% performers earn up to $6/hour
